Specific Prohibited Uses
GPC.work Sites may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees. gpc.work specifically prohibits any use of any GardPass Consulting Site, and all users agree not to use, or allow any party under their control to use, any gpc.work Site, for any of the following:
Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate CV (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf).
Posting a CV which includes any contact details, whether it be of the candidate whom the CV relates to, a referee to the candidate, a previous or current employer; or including any names, companies or organisations which the candidate could be realistically contacted through.
Posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
Using the gpc.work CV database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees for specific live jobs including, but not limited to, using the information in the CV database to sell or promote any products or services or to source people to join a franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents or to register with other job boards or CV Databases.
Sending unsolicited mail, email or sms/txt messages, making unsolicited phone calls or sending unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a user of a gpc.work Site.
Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.
Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any gpc.work Site or any activity being conducted on this Web Site.
Taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any gpc.work Site’s infrastructure.
If you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of this Web Site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorised purpose.

Posting jobs which require the applicant to provide information relation to his/her (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political beliefs (iii) philosophical or religious beliefs (iv) membership of a trade union (v) physical or mental health (vi) sexual life (vii) the commission of criminal offences or proceedings or (vii) age.
User Information
When you register for the Web Site, you will be asked to provide with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (your “Information”). User Submissions

Not adhering to the above points may, without prior notification to the poster, result in the removal of such postings. If fees have been paid to {client} for the placing of such postings, these fees will be non-refundable.
The Client shall include in the job description the following information:
Any qualifications and/or authorisations required by law or any or by any relevant professional body;
If the rate of pay is included, the job description must also include the nature of the work, the location, minimum experience, training and/or qualifications required in order for an Applicant to receive such rate of pay; and/or
Where the Client is employment agency or employment business, it must state in which capacity it is acting in relation to the vacancy.
gpc.work does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of communications posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk.
gpc.work acts as a passive conduct for the online distribution and publication of user-submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, gpc.work may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication.
gpc.work has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or non-performance of such activities. gpc.work reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating the Terms and Conditions or the law and the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal or disruptive. gpc.work may take any action with respect to user-submitted information that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for gpc.work or may cause gpc.work to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.

This Web Site acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post CV’s and does not screen or censor the listings offered. gpc.work is not involved in the actual transaction between employers/clients/candidates/users. As a result, {client} has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs, or CV’s posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities and or property/accommodation to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.
Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, gpc.work cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be.
